Placing an order is easy. If you need help, follow the steps below or contact us:
- Visit the product page of the item you want to order. If applicable, select the desired variant and enter the quantity you want to add to your shopping cart. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
- You will be redirected directly to the shopping cart.
- Check if you have added (the correct) product(s) to your shopping cart. Not finished shopping yet? Then continue adding new products.
- Please select a shipping method.
- In the shopping cart, click on "Proceed to checkout." You will then be redirected to the checkout page.
- You can place an order without creating an account, but creating an account is useful for future orders. To create an account, quickly and easily check the box at the bottom of your billing information that says "Create an account?"
- Enter your billing and shipping address.
- Choose your payment method and check your order.
- Then click on “Place order and pay.”
- After placing your order, you will be redirected to the payment environment of the chosen payment method. Once the payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. We will keep you informed of the status of your order by email.
