At Matteo di Davide we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality eyewear that meets their expectations for comfort and affordability. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the returns process as smooth as possible. We have a 14-day hassle-free returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.
Register a return
To register a return, send an email with return request and order number to info@matteodidavide.com. We will send you information and instructions on how to return the item. Items that are returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted. Any additional costs resulting from this are for the buyer's account.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective or the wrong item. Please note that shipping delays due to customs, which are beyond our control, are not a valid reason to request a return.
If your package is damaged, defective or contains the wrong color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a voucher that can be used during the return process. For all other reasons for return not mentioned above, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your product for another model, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any additional costs resulting from this will be borne by the buyer.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange a replacement or refund.
