You have the right to return your ordered products within the legally established period of 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You may remove the products from the packaging and use them to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning. If you choose to exercise this right of withdrawal, we request that you treat the products with care and return them to Matteo di Davide in their original condition and packaging. The costs for returning are at your own expense.

We always assess the product(s) upon return to check whether they have been returned in their original condition and packaging. If this is not the case and the product is no longer resaleable, Matteo di Davide may waive your right of withdrawal. You can then choose to still take the product, otherwise Matteo di Davide reserves the right not to refund any money.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (for example by written letter or e-mail). On our page about Exchanges and Returns you can view the return conditions and fill in the return form. We request that you inform us of your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired, so that you remain within the 14-day period.

In case of a refund request, we will process the refund within seven business days after receiving the return. Refunds via bank transfer usually take one to two business days after processing. If you paid by credit card, it may take two to three business days for the amount to be credited back to your credit card, depending on the payment and billing cycle of your credit card company.
